The purpose of a compass is to provide an unchanging
direction. Just as travelers need tools like the compass to help them
arrive at their destination, churches need directional guidelines which help
them determine where they are and where they need to go. In defining our direction, it is important to consider our mission, our
vision, our values and then our framework.
